Quality assurance guarantee

seal01Safehands is working to achieving ISO 9001/2000 and is committed to ensuring that the service continues to meet service users needs. Our quality assurance starts with the recruitment of the best carers and continues with systematic and ongoing monitoring of their performance. Delivering a consistently high quality service is our priority. Wherever possible, we will make improvements so that the services we provide is easy to use, costs less, is sustainable and is continually monitored, developed and improved.

We also use the most advanced rostering and business administration system (Staffplan) which is designed to meet the demands of the service through its ability to produce performance reports and financial information. The use of the electronic monitoring services proves service delivery and provides invaluable data for the management and improvement of care services. The additional tracking system also safeguards the well-being of service users and care workers through the alerts functionality.

What if it goes wrong?

We want people to get the best possible service from us.  However, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.  But we always try to put things right and any comments, suggestions or constructive criticism is always welcome.

Anyone who is dissatisfied with any aspect of our home care service should contact our Care Managers. Alternatively, we have a formal Complaints Procedure.

The Care Quality Commission

You can also contact the Care Quality Commission,  they are an independent inspectorate set up by the government to improve care services and ensure the elimination of any bad practice.
